Opened in 2009, Jimmy’s Bistro is an authentic, no-frills, chef-driven dining experience. Favored by locals and foodies, the chalkboard menu changes periodically with several mainstays.
Serving traditional dishes with French, Italian, Middle-Eastern, Asian, and American influences, the cuisine is not fusion, but a celebration of each unique culture.
Fresh seafood is brought in daily from the local fishery, Captain Clay & Sons. Pasta and mozzarella cheese are made in-house, and local produce is used as often as possible.
