Opened in 2009, Jimmy’s Bistro is an authentic, no-frills, chef-driven dining experience. Favored by locals and foodies, the chalkboard menu changes periodically with several mainstays. 

Serving traditional dishes with French, Italian, Middle Eastern, Asian, and American influences, the cuisine is not fusion but a celebration of each unique culture.

Fresh seafood is brought in daily from the local fishery, Captain Clay & Sons. mozzarella cheese is made in-house, and local produce is used as often as possible.
