Opened in 2009 by Chef James Mills, Jimmy’s Bistro is an authentic, no-frills, chef-driven dining experience. The chalkboard menu changes periodically with several mainstays.
The menu commits itself to serving classic, traditional cuisine with French, Italian, Middle-Eastern, Asian, and American influences, to name a few. The dishes are not fusion, but rather a celebration of each unique culture.
Fresh seafood is brought in daily from the local fishery, Captain Clay & Sons, pasta is made in house, as is the mozzarella cheese, and local produce is used as often as possible.
